doSOP allows you to access your Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), HACCP prerequisites, or ISO information by clicking on a specific operation in the flow of materials diagram. doHACCP and doSOP can use the same diagram or doSOP can be purchased as a separate program.

doSOP allows you to make your own category and subcategory scheme for standard operating procedures. The software allows you to make categories for any manufacturing function, including quality control, sanitation, and machine maintenance. Once categories are established you enter SOP, prerequisite, or ISO information. Information is entered into the appropriate location/operation from the diagram.

With doSOP you can utilize standard Microsoft® Windows® protocols to copy and paste information from word processors into doSOP. Copy functions within doSOP make copying from one plan to another easy and fast.

doSOP includes a spell checker, making it easier to proof your work.

doSOP prints your SOP text in side by side column reports. You may print any given operation or any one SOP for many operations.

Suggested minimum hardware and software requirements are:

Computer: IBM® PC or 100% compatible, minimum 486/66MHz, Pentium® recommended.
Operating system: Microsoft® Windows® 95, Windows 98, NT or higher.
RAM: 16 Megabytes (random access memory).
Storage: 10 Megabytes hard disk space. However, you may need larger storage amounts for your HACCP planning data.
Diskette drive: 3 ˝ " high-density floppy disk drive.
Monitor: SVGA, 800x600 resolution or better.
Printer: Required. Note: The Flow of Materials Diagram may be printed on your Windows printer with your choice of fonts and point sizes.
Mouse: Required.
