learnHACCP™ CD-ROM Features and Functions

learnHACCP teaches HACCP in 8 interactive lessons. This CD ROM tutors a user at a pace they determine.
learnHACCP uses a multi-sensory approach to learning by using the eye to read text, the hand to click on quiz questions, and the ear to hear comments and music.
The CD-ROM includes a user reference for HACCP word and phrase definitions, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and other background information that clarifies and enhances understanding of each lesson.
learnHACCP only requires the use of a mouse. Keyboard typing skills are not required, enabling even those with minimal computer skills to use the CD.
