Record keeping
| Facilitate record keeping with recordHACCP. Your HACCP system works only if you can prove that your critical control points are working as they should. You must create a system to record that every CCP is within its critical limits. recordHACCP helps design and implement that record keeping system, with templates and the power of a Microsoft® database. |
recordHACCP™ Features and Functions
English/French/European Spanish/Latin American Spanish version and Japanese version
recordHACCPTM is an add-on program for doHACCPTM or doSOPTM. It provides a flexible way to build forms for organizing data collected for HACCP compliance and other purposes. Data entered into forms built with recordHACCPTM is put automatically into a database.
Forms are created on an electronic page replica. Fields are added to the form by clicking an icon and placing the field (date, time, text, number, or label) on the page. A snap to grid option assists in creating a well-formatted form.
Thirty-four model forms are included. These forms may be copied and used as they are or adjusted to meet your needs. The model forms were developed by USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) FSIS (Food Safety and Inspection Service).
Once a form is created you may print a blank form and use it for manual data collection.
Data collected may be entered into the computer on the forms that were created in recordHACCP. Special features to assist in data entry include a pop-up calendar for the date field, a clock for the time field, and a flashing red or yellow light if a number is outside critical control limits or quality limits. The forms with data may be printed out.
The number of records that can be entered into recordHACCP is only limited by the storage space on your computer.
The data entered into the forms of recordHACCP may be accessed in recordHACCP or through Microsoft® Access®. You may manipulate the data using any of the features available in Microsoft Access. The database identifiers you enter into a recordHACCP form will be used as field ID's within the database.
